I have extensive experience working with individuals from all walks of life. My intention is to guide clients through their personal labyrinth into a space of radical self love & true empowerment.

We are often engaging in life through the means that we have inherited by all those who have come before us. Life is too often a perpetual cycle where joy, peace, harmony, and all the other facets that make life worth living seem to escape us more and more. Instead, we are trapped in depression, anxiety, distrust, judgment and more often than not our physical temples are suffering. Collectively, a shift in perception is needed.
This starts with the individual.
It is no secret that the pilgrimage of life can be arduous - no one is immune to this. However, it is all aligned with divine purpose and it is always meant to assist our evolution. Life is the classroom and it is perfectly woven to bring us back to our true self. No exceptions. It is imperative to take the time to connect with ourselves and to enhance our INNER-standing. All else then follows.
If we seek within- if we offer ourselves compassion and care we will find the path to our personal illumination. All labyrinths do lead home.

I see my practice as an oasis for transformation. I work with clients who are sensitive, empathic and/or have an array of experiences that have left traumatic imprints of low self worth, self doubt, codependency, anxiety and depression on their being. My ideal client is what I term as an active prayer, I seek to serve soul resonant individuals who call forth support in alchemizing their struggles into sacred empowerment. In my experience as both a clinician and spiritual guide, I have been able to support individuals of all walks of life in meeting themselves with radical self love through enhanced self awareness. This has led to their ability to transmute their pain so that they can reunite with their true self and release limiting and distorted belief systems.
I offer traditional integrative psychotherapy and infuse it with an array of energetic healing modalities intuitively tailored to the individual.
My approach is holistic as it supports the mind, body and soul but I also offer a multi-dimensional perspective that is geared towards liberation of self and sovereignty.
You can expect interventions ranging but not limited to, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as well as Ancestral/ Karmic Clearings, Light Language, Shadow work & Cosmic de-coding all reflective of the clients consciousness.
