I specialize in treating women who suffer from trauma or any stress-related issues. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II) . I specialize in treating women who suffer from trauma/PTSD, traumatic/Grief & Loss, emotional dysregulation, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and communication issues. My treatment modality is based on practicing mindfulness and self-compassion to bring balance between brain, heart, and body.
I enjoy treating women and seeing them transform into healthy beings. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients achieve post-traumatic growth, healing, and resilience, and become mindful and balanced human beings. My other goal is to help my clients restore their relationship with themselves, learn to be present, and build hope for themselves.
