I provide guidance, support, and solidarity to people challenging past patterns, hurts and stuck places so that they can live a life full of meaning, joy, and love.

I work with individuals, couples and families collaborating with them to reach their goals. These goals range from finding relief from depression, anxiety, past trauma, and addiction to finding deeper joy and satisfaction in work, leisure and relationships. I have specialized training in individual and family therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy. I provide a safe environment for people to reflect on their lives with curiosity and compassion and make desired changes based on this reflection.
I am pursuing advanced training in an accelerated style of therapy (AEDP) so that I can bring quick, effective and lasting healing to my patients. If you are desiring immediate relief from suffering or have been unsuccessful with past therapy this style is likely a good fit for you.
Additionally, I completed my internship and further course work in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Denver Family Institute because of their reputation for the best clinical training in Colorado. I graduated from this program with honors for clinical excellence because I want to give my best to my clients.
