As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, certified in Nutritional Psychology, I help with lifestyle changes that positively affect mood & wellness. I take an integrative approach incorporating mind, body, & spirit.
Over the past 10+ yrs I have experience in working with kids, teens, & adults in addressing: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Addictions, Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, & stress), Life Transitions and Adjustments.
