Heather has 23 years of experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals, couples, and families.
Heather can offered therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational stressors/issues, attachment trauma, dual diagnosis disorders, and much more.
Heather is trained in trauma focused therapies including EMDR. Heather uses the Gottman method with couples who are experiencing marital discord or dissatisfaction. Other modalities Heather utilizes is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and many others.

Heather strives to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings .
