I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, who has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I have helped many find skills to manage their anxiety and depression.
I obtained my both my Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science from St. Cloud State University. For the past 10 years I have been working with children, adolescents and families to help them build better relationships, reduce their depression and anxiety along with building more confidence and self esteem.
