I see individual adults and couples. I tailor work with individuals by integrating applied counseling psychology and proven therapeutic interventions. With couples I use a blend of Gottman's research and what I learned at The Couples Institute to focus on the growth and development of each partner and of the relationship. Personally, I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love a good story, in either a book or movie. I enjoy learning; the world is so full of interesting places, people and ideas. I raise vegetables and enjoy cooking. Walking several miles a day is my most consistent exercise.
