About me
Are you feeling lost or confused? Struggling to figure out what to do next? Feeling as though nobody understands? Trying your best but not feeling like you've made improvements? Parents, are you trying to help your child work through their anxieties but feeling as though they won't listen to you or as if you're coming up short? Feeling as though you aren't parenting to the best of your ability?
In therapy, I can help you learn to identify your emotions and start taking the next steps you've been longing for. I offer three different treatment opportunities: virtual appointments (sessions from the comfort of your own home!), in office, and walk and talk sessions at a predetermined location (park or walking path).
As someone who struggles with her own anxiety and parenting questions, I've been where you are. If you are ready for real changes, I'm here for you!
