I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides individual teletherapy to adults in Pennsylvania. My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, negative thought patterns, relationship and communication issues, coping with stress, codependency, and substance abuse.
I utilize several modalities in my counseling practice: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Solution-Focused approach depending on the needs of the person. All of these modalities are utilized through a person-centered and trauma-informed lens meaning that you will be treated as an individual with unique challenges and our focus will be on your individual needs—not a “one size fits all” approach. I try to create a relaxed environment with my clients—one where they can share with ease and feel comfortable expressing vulnerability. Humor is an important part of who I am and that’s something I bring with me to the counseling environment which many clients have told me helps them feel relaxed during their sessions.
