About me
I have worked with a wide range of individuals living with and battling mental health, trauma, eating, and addictive disorders throughout my career. My scope of expertise and counseling modalities extend to but are limited to the following: CBT, Mindfulness, Harm-Reduction, Trauma, Humanistic, DBT, and Motivational-Interviewing.
I believe the essential aspect of change is having an authentic, genuine, and emphatic relationship with clients. I take a whole-person approach in addressing anxiety, depression, traumas, eating disorders, life transitions, women’s issues, addictions, and how these issues have affected other aspects of clients’ lives. I am dedicated to assisting people in breaking the cycle of mental health distress and reclaiming control of their lives. I love working with children, teenagers, and young adults. I provide therapy services in the office or through Telehealth. I primarily serve Chicago and the northern areas of Chicago - Evanston, Wilmette, Glencoe, Glenview, Highland Park, Northbrook, Skokie, and Des Plaines. I provide a safe, caring, and confidential environment that enables my clients' trust and growth
