Guan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), as well as a Leadership Psychology PsyD candidate. Guan holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. She is also the author of the Inspire the Aspired product line and Founder & Owner of Leading Light Behavioral Health Inc.
Guan utilizes an array of evidenced-based approaches such as Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, and The Gottman Methods.
