My name is Glenroy Bristol, I am an English speaking clinical mental health counselor. I graduated with a Masters degree in clinical psychology from Cambridge College of Massachusetts in 2006. For the past 16 years, I have been helping others to promote positive lifestyle changes by way of self-assessment and the management of cognitive distortions and negative thinking in relation to life’s stressors (environmental, social, physiological, thoughts). I believe that we all have the ability to empower ourselves to gain control over our lives. My focus is to help individuals to take an integrated lifestyle (whole body system) approach to wellness. To educate and encourage you in the steps to achieving and maintaining overall health, wellness and disease prevention. I believe without self-love it is impossible to love others. I look forward to helping you help yourself to achieve that very goal.
