I support adults and children (ages 4-9) who are struggling with life transitions and loss.

Life transitions such as a job loss, breakup, move, accident, illness, personal or professional burnout or the loss of someone close to you, including a pet can leave you grieving not only what happened, but also the expectation of what your life looked like before the loss and where it was going. Well intentioned comments that don't meet you where you are can leave you feeling more alone. Acknowledging and grieving life's many transitions is necessary, not to forget the loss, but to remember with more ease. It may feel like 1 step forward, 2 steps back, but it’s the motion that's important, not the pace.

I’m here to be present with you in your loss .This is a subtle, yet deeply important piece of our work together and integral to our relationship. My hope is that you’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, knowing that you are in control and have my support and acceptance throughout.

I draw on EMDR therapy and parts work to help clients move through stuck emotions that often accompany change and loss. I also work extensively with clients experiencing burnout in one or more areas of life. During sessions, you'll have the space to leave the many roles you have in life at the door and just be. It is my honor to accompany you on your journey.
