Gina Cabral, LMFT

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist focused on enhancing the quality of life for families and individuals through collaborative and compassionate counseling. I love working with children, families, and individuals, guiding them through challenging times. I believe that providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals will help them to gain insight to help promote the positive change in life that they are seeking. I specialize in domestic violence, sexually abused children, children and adults dealing with trauma, parenting challenges, self-esteem issues, life transitions, emotion regulation, anxiety, and depression.

Additionally, I have extensive experience with military families. Both my father and my husband retired after long careers in the service. In total I have experienced 10 deployments, two of them as a mother with my daughter. I've gained great appreciation and insight for this population from my experiences as a child, spouse, and parent.
I provide a supportive environment allowing people to productively confront some of the challenges they may face in life. I have a collaborative approach and believe in adapting treatment plans for each individual and family through their thoughts and insights regarding what they think would best suit their lives and circumstances.
