About me
I am an LCSW, licensed in the State of Georgia, with more than 30 years of experience in Behavioral Health. I have worked with Individuals, Families, Couples and groups with a variety of concerns. I have worked with clients with Depression, and Anxiety. I have also worked with Relationship issues including assessing and working with Domestic Violence issues. I have experience in working with Addiction issues, including those with co-occurring issues of addictions and depression or anxiety. I have extensive experience in working with families dealing with changing roles due to Aging and Dementia. I am also well familiar in dealing with community resources for support to assist you or your family as you are tackling these issues.
I believe strongly that establishing a good rapport is crucial to doing good work. My style is somewhat casual and conversational. I believe in treating people with respect and dignity. This is key to establishing trust and safety.
It is not always easy to step out and seek help, but I applaud your courage to do so. I look forward to helping you set your goals and working to achieve them.
