To do this, my goal is to create a safe environment to help you understand any underlying trauma or relationship issues that may be impacting your distress and support you to determine next steps to bring healing.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches formed by attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and mindfulness. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, a Master Certified Addiction Professional, and a National Board Certified Counselor. I welcome clients from a variety of faiths.
