About me

Invictus Psychological Services is a group practice grounded in a commitment to provide high quality services to adults, teens and children who struggle with painful mental/emotional concerns. Our focus is on resolving interpersonal conflict, insecurities, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Welcome to Invictus Psychological Services. We are a small and growing group practice of therapists who are determined to provide the highest standards of care to adults, teens and children.

We focus on helping those who struggle with anxiety, insecurities, depression, PTSD and relationship problems. If you are wrestling with one (or more) of these troubles then you already know that over time, feelings of doubt, fear, sadness or dread begin to take a painful toll on your life. The sense of confidence, joy and optimism that you felt in the past begins to slip away.

With the right help, however, these problems can be overcome. It really is possible to regain a happy, confident, and full life. We see it happen all the time.

Our approach to helping clients is to jointly decide on what solutions would be best, then provide the guidance and support needed for success. We have found that using empirically proven strategies, linked with what years of clinical practice has shown to be effective, leads to consistently good outcomes.
