I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals heal and grow through past traumas, negative beliefs that drive behavior and limit their capacity to live a happy life. I take an eclectic approach. In my experience, every person is unique and at different points in their lives. I start where the client is at. I specialize in EMDR, DBT and Group Therapy. I believe that we all can heal through changing our perspectives and by understanding our beliefs without judgement, more self-compassion, understanding and validation.

I believe that all people have an innate ability and desire for growth. Some of us just need that someone that they can talk to. Most of us think we are strong enough to be able to work it out on our own. Unfortunately, that is not always true. We tend to be our own worst enemy. Sometimes, a different perspective is all it takes. Many of us live life in accordance to our "belief system". If we carry a negative self view of the world or ourselves, how can we expect to live life to it's fullest.
