About me
I am an experienced licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual, relationship, premarital, and marriage counseling.
The success of my practice is grounded in my ability to effectively counsel and assist persons of diverse races, cultures, religions, sexual identities and beliefs. It is my desire to come alongside, challenge and encourage all of my clients to find emotional, physical and spiritual healing.
Some of the major issues I address with couples and persons in polyamorous relationships include communication skills, trust, infidelity, parenting, finances, sex, abuse, and differing belief systems. I also provide counseling to persons who are experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety, feelings of worthlessness, difficulty controlling anger, and lack of concentration. I believe that counseling should be a safe and nurturing space that is built upon trust, empathy, and non-judgment. I treat each person as a unique individual, who is worthy of unconditional acceptance, regardless of their personal circumstances, beliefs and struggles.
