I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and specialize in working with clients who experience trauma, grief, and anxiety. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Faith enjoys meeting people where they are at and coming alongside people to help them reach their goals. Trauma affects everyone from all aspects of life. However, Faith specializes in working with individual adults, adolescents ages 10 -17, and families. Faith is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Relational Trauma Resolution Therapy (Family of Origin/Attachment), Integrative Attachment Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Faith’s philosophy of practice is client centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. As your therapist, Faith will provide a non-judgmental safe space to explore how your past experiences are currently impacting your daily functioning, process trauma, and help you recognize and build upon your strengths.
