Eugene Harris II, LPC

Eugene is a retired U.S. Air Force officer of 22 years, where he honorably served in Operations IRAQI FREEDOM, JOINT FORCE, and ALLIED FORCE. He also served as a Master Instructor, gained advanced training and experience conducting personal counseling sessions, while positively affecting the lives of many members. While on active duty, he earned a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Psychology while double majoring in Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Troy State University, and has earned a Master’s of Community Counseling (MA) degree from Argosy University at their Washington D.C. Campus.

Eugene is a Board Certified Counselor (BCC), an approved TRICARE Mental Health Counselor (TCHMC), a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), Chi Sigma Iota (CSI), Associated Certified Coach (ACC), and the Project Member Institute (PMI) Maryland Chapter.
