I serve individuals, couples, and groups. I have training and experience with many therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, IFS and some EMDR. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings and enjoy collaborating with clients who struggle with depression, emotional regulation, fear of abandonment, grief related to life transitions, stress management, perfectionism, low self-esteem, parenting stress, and difficulties in personal relationships. It is my commitment to support and challenge you to do the work necessary to reach your highest goals in life. It can be scary to ask for help, so I strive to cultivate a compassionate and comfortable atmosphere where you feel safe. I currently have availability Wednesdays ( virtual only 9am-2pm) Thursdays and Fridays 10am-2pm in person or virtually & weekends 10am-4pm in person.
