About me
I am a clinical social worker who aims to work alongside people to heal and grow beyond past experiences and overwhelming emotion.
Currently accepting new clients 16+ years old.
As good as life can be, it can also be hard, and we were not meant to "go it alone." If you are looking here, you are courageously acknowledging something in your life may need to change and can be improved, and my goal is to help you make this change so that you can live more freely and fully. By working with your thoughts, actions, and circumstances, you can make major differences in the way you feel, your relationships, and your future. I work eclectically with techniques from CBT, mindfulness, Progressive Counting trauma processing, and elements of DBT, among others, to personalize our work together and have worked with people of a variety of ages and backgrounds in a clinical setting. This journey is yours, and I can be your co-pilot to help you find the direction you want to go forward.
