I am an LPC Associate in Texas with a passion for providing therapy to adults struggling with past trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, low self-esteem, and recovery from substance use disorder. Currently accepting new clients via telehealth or in-office in Sugar Land, Houston, Texas at this time!

When life becomes overwhelming, many of us tend to recede into ourselves instead of reaching out for care. Maybe you are struggling with work, school, personal relationships, or battling fatigue, burnout, worry, perfectionism, or past trauma. Often we struggle with ourselves - our inner critic, our self-doubt, our impulses, or overwhelming emotions like anxiety, anger, frustration, and hopelessness. We often believe that it is our responsibility to “figure it out” and shoulder the burdens of life alone, but it is not. You are worthy of attention, care, and healing, and have come to the right place to start this process.

During therapy, I am collaborative and accepting of who you are. I work with adults recovering from trauma, PTSD, anxiety and depressive disorders, substance abuse, and concerns of self-worth, identity, stress management, and life transitions. I utilize a CBT, Person-Centered, and strengths-based approach, and am also a Certified Trauma Professional.

My aim to help you regulate your cognitive, emotional, and physical experiences, improve your strengths and core beliefs in order to live a fulfilling life, and find safety and soothing during times of distress.
