About me
I am a mental health counselor dedicated to working alongside adults coping with anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, life transitions, stress, and more.
My approach to therapy is as unique as you. I believe that getting to know you, your story, what you value, and what you find meaningful is the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship. We work together to get to the core of the issues you’d like to address and listen carefully for the deepest voice within you to help navigate through periods of distress. I focus on helping you to face the realities and limitations of being human while also embracing your freedom to choose how to live your life, align with your values, live fully in the present, and find meaning.
I am an integrated therapist who is rooted in existential theory incorporating a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. My area of focus is on adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, life transitions, stress, trauma, and more. I also have a special interest in working with clients coping with chronic illness.
I would be honored to meet and partner with you through the counseling process! Feel free to reach out to get started.
