About me
I provide therapy in both Spanish and English. I hold professional experience assisting women, girls, and teens in realizing their own value and in coping with feelings of worry, despair, guilt, and loneliness. My areas of expertise are trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or relationship issues. I use evidence-based therapy in conjunction with compassionate care to promote growth and positive changes.
My approach as a mental health therapist is centered around my dedication to creating a healing and supportive atmosphere. It is a privilege to walk beside you on your path to mental well-being, which I feel is a collaborative and intensely personal process.Together, we will design a customized treatment plan that addresses your unique requirements. I use evidence-based therapies such dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, family systems, and EMDR as part of my integrated therapeutic approach.
Although I am a Christian and can use biblical principles in our sessions, I will never force my beliefs onto your narrative without your consent! Without bias or condemnation, I embrace women of all backgrounds and faiths. Let's work together to bring optimism and tranquility back.
