About me
I collaborate with each client to establish goals for counseling and specialize in guiding clients through life’s transitions.
You may feel stuck, stressed, sad, or all three at once. Sometimes that can look like trouble navigating relationships and major life decisions, lashing out in anger, or crying easily. Maybe events or relationships from your past negatively affect you today. Maybe you don't know why you feel the way you do and that's okay. Let's work together on a path toward finding greater peace, strength, and fulfillment. I offer a safe space for you to be your genuine self.
My approach is tailored to the client and can include, for example, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-focused brief therapy, and tools to increase mindfulness. I also believe humor is a vital therapeutic tool.
