I work with individuals, couples & families of all ages & incorporate other evidence based modalities including CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic theory, & IFS (Internal Family Systems). Some of my areas of interest include: family/relationship issues, depressive & anxiety disorders, PTSD, grief, life transitions, & infertility/adoption. I can assist you in working through past & systemic trauma, that is often connected to your current struggles, so that you can live a happier & more fulfilling life as your authentic self. I can help you recognize your full potential, practice self-care & establish healthy boundaries, so that you can also have more satisfying relationships with others.
