About me
I work with adults suffering from excessive worries, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and the aftermaths of childhood trauma. I help individuals who experience significant distress due to their hard relationships with a toxic parent or partner.
I am a holistic therapist and believe that psychological stress affects both mind and body. I practice an integrative model of counseling based on cognitive, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and body-centered psychotherapy approaches. Therapy will help you re-establish a sense of normalcy, regain your body-mind-spirit balance, and heal attachment wounds .
You can't change the past, but you can learn how to recognize and disconnect your negative emotional charge that affects and restricts your current life. Getting relief from emotional and physical pain, you will be able to build meaningful connections with yourself and others, feel more secure, confident, and self-accepted.
