About me
I am a licensed clinical social worker working with adults and couples, focusing on mental health and substances use disorders.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience in the fields of mental health and substance use counseling.
My focus is treating couples and adults individually in a supportive, collaborative, affirming space. I practice from a client centered, eclectic approach and primarily utilize CBT, EFT and harm reduction techniques. I strongly encourage laughter with clients and in my own life journey.
