The road to resilience has many forks, my job is to help you become unstuck within the path you've chosen. I believe in keeping an open and honest environment when working together to identify the best course of action and coping skills to help achieve your goals. I like using different approaches and tools to help you identify areas to improve and create boundaries in order to to promote functionality and reduce symptoms. I have enjoyed working with different levels of care and therapy, while helping individual reduce and manage depression anxiety, as well as work towards sobriety.

I enjoy getting to know each individual's true self, all aspects of their life and needs in order to provide adequate interventions with skills to help improve day to day life. I use multiple modalities including CBT and DBT skills to provide a comprehensive approach to provide assistance with life's transitions and downswings.
I have experience working with adults struggling with Substance Abuse Disorders and those adapting to diagnosis of mood disorder. I enjoy providing psycho-education for those with new diagnoses to help understand the neuroscience behind addiction and how mood and symptomatology tracking can promote stabilization of long-term recovery.
