Hi! My name is Elaina Vig (she/they). If you are LGBTQIA+ and looking for a therapist that "gets it", then you've come to the right place!

I provide a safe, comfortable, and confidential space where you are free to be you. Some areas that I may be helpful: gender and sexuality issues and exploration, disordered eating, depression, anxieties, pet loss, life transitions, & unprocessed traumas. We'll work together to see new perspectives and heal the inner you. I am a Queer, Mixed Race Therapist who values equity, learning, adventure, humor, and compassion. I believe that humans have the ability to change and grow throughout their lifespan- we are not stagnant. In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at the YWCA, picking up a good horror or psychological thriller book, watching the Golden Girls, hanging out with my 2 dogs- Rue and Sal (yes... their names are connected to the Golden Girls--- so is my fish, Sophia) and writing poetry. Being a therapist wasn't my initial goal growing up as a kid- actually, I fucking hated them but an amazing therapist changed my mind and inspired me to take a different direction in the helping field. I wouldn't change this journey for the world. I hope to prompt thought so you can make the changes that feel authentic and genuine to the you that you want to be.
