It is my belief and practice that we are more than our limited thinking minds. If you have tried other traditional therapies and find them lacking, you may find my transpersonal and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral approach to be of benefit.
I have expertise in the integration of Eastern and Western psychotherapies and philosophies with modern psychodynamic principles, Non-Dual approaches, and contemplative and meditative practices. This approach encompasses the mind, body, & spirit. It is my experience that a persons deeper beliefs (what I call Meta-principles) determine life experiences.
