I provide individual therapy to adults within a group practice called The Clinic, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherpy (KAP) with Kadima Institute for Neuropsychiatry. My approach to therapy weaves evidenced-based principles of the Behavioral Sciences with Integrative philosophies and modalities. I tailor therapy options to support your next-stage growth, which will change as you progress. Working collaboratively, we’ll address obstacles which undermine your quality of life, create opportunity for you to grow into your potential, and aim to awaken to new inspiration for personal, interpersonal, and community evolution.

Over the decades I've enjoyed many professional roles including professor, researcher, clinical supervisor, and yoga teacher. Remaining interested in all these facets of my career, I continue to devote the majority of my time doing what I love most: supporting individuals' personal growth through psychotherapy. While I typically apply the contemporary scientific approaches emphasized in my graduate training, with reverence and cultural humility I also honor other traditions which support emotional and spiritual well-being. In hopes of broadening our scope of care to the environment, I encourage nature-based therapies for those who want to nurture this connection. Creative arts are also a potent avenue for healing and transformation so I support clients who feel called to enliven their muse. I am also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. I believe however each of us choose to progress in our personal evolution, the benefits radiate to the world around us, and ultimately our individual "work" can be of service to the the greater good.
