I am an experienced trauma therapist who works to help survivors feel good about themselves and comfortable with others. I have space in my practice for Intensive Trauma Therapy for those who are looking for immediate relief from trauma symptoms.

Hi, I'm Drea. I currently work with adults experiencing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and survivors of trauma as well as trauma related to relationships. I have a particular interest in working with those who are survivors of emotional abuse in relationships.

I also work with individuals and couples seeking financial therapy related to financial anxiety, unhealthy financial patterns, conflict within relationships related to finances and working toward common financial goals. Many of my clients come to me to change their outlook on life and improve the quality of their lives.

I use various evidence-based treatment modalities to best fit the needs of my clients. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) which is an evidence-based, well-researched treatment for survivors of trauma who have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). It has also been shown to be a beneficial treatment for anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other distressing life experiences. I am also a Certified Financial Social Worker and a member of the Financial Therapy Association who works with individuals and couples in better understanding their relationship with money and how to have healthier patterns of relating with money.

My style is collaborative and warm. I am dedicated to providing a therapeutic relationship where my clients feel safe, connected to me, and feel that they can be open in sessions. I tailor therapy to each of my clients to treat their unique needs since therapy is not a one-size-fits-all practice.

I currently have openings for EMDR Intensive sessions for those who are looking for immediate help with traumatic memories, those who want faster results than standard therapy sessions, and those who do not have time for weekly sessions.
