As a Certified Grief Counseling Specialist, I specialize in treating grief related issues. I have over 5 years of experience working with adolescents and adults experiencing a plethora of mental health issues related to traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, life changes/aging process, and day-to-day challenges.
I have training in several therapeutic modalities, such as Trauma Focus-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Behavior Modification. I am ready to help you find fulfillment in life and live your best.
