Life is short and challenging! Yet, it is full of joy and purpose. Finding a balance with all of the roles you juggle can be stressful. Whether you are trying to balance a career and family or entering parenthood and wondering how this fits with your already busy life, there is a way to find balance and joy. It can make all the difference in the world to receive compassion and guidance during these trying times. I am passionate about finding the joy and purpose in life and getting to a place that you feel confident wearing many hats. Life transitions, work/life balance and how to create meaning and purpose are my areas of focus.

I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S), a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) (TX# 202722) and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. She earned her Doctorate in Counseling Studies, with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling from Capella University and her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota. In addition to her practice, she is an Associate Professor at Abilene Christian University where she enjoys teaching students in the Graduate Counseling Program.
