You may not know it but you are already whole. However, for most of us, our whole, authentic self has been lost or covered over by life's trials, traumas, and tribulations. Then most of us develop an adaptive, inauthentic self to get by in a complex and confusing world. Our work together will be to uncover and rediscover your wholeness, authenticity, and radiance.

I have over 30 years of experience. I use a combination of Transpersonal & Jungian informed techniques, Mindfulness, & Buddhist Psychology. I am currently getting training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy. I previously worked with clients with complex disorders using DBT. I no longer work with this population but still utilize DBT skills as needed.
