About me
I've been in the helping professions for over 20 years and have helped hundreds of individuals create positive change in their lives, find a greater sense of peace and achieve goals that they have set for themselves. I have a wide range of experience working with individuals with almost every type of mental health need and I feel confident in my abilities to assist clients to achieve the outcomes they desire from their work in therapy.
I communicate to my clients with a non-judgmental approach, understanding, respect and empathy. I guide clients to understand the source of their challenges so they can become consciously aware of the decisions they make going forward and be clear in how they can modify their choices to enrich their lives. It is a privilege to help clients to identify their needs and focus on areas they want to work on, empower them to find their strength and be more in control of their life.
Clients can expect to come away with a greater sense of peace, insight and direction as well as specific tools for creating change for themselves long term and a plan for how to sustain it. Clients strengths are like a force of nature. I help them free up emotional space, release blockages and harness the forces that are already there.
