I am a licensed clinical social worker providing support and guidance to persons experiencing anxiety, depressions and stress.
Are you feeling mentally and physically exhausted? Do you find yourself meeting the needs and wants of work, family and other projects but not having enough energy left to focus on you? We give so much to others that we often forget it is essential to take care of ourself first. Sometimes we do not recognize the impact that stress, anxiety, and depression have on our mental and physical state because we are on ‘auto-pilot’. Being mindful of our mind and body leads to awareness, healing, and peace.
I provide support to individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress. I specialize in supporting BIPOC who suffer from “imposter syndrome” and women who struggle with “superwoman syndrome”.
Starting your journey to address anxiety, depression and/or stress can be a difficult one. Therapy is not 'one size fits all' because each individual will need something different and THAT IS OKAY. Let me provide you with hope, help and relief through my diverse approach
