About me
I am a Trauma-Sensitive Art Psychotherapist, Educational Consultant, and a certified Neurodivergent Coach. I use a bottom-up approach utilizing both art and movement therapy for both trauma and neurodivergent clients.
I am a 25+ year veteran educator and I have over 15+ years of experience working with trauma, ADHD, and ASD. I am certified in Trauma-Stress studies through the Trauma Research Foundation. I have trained in EMDR, SE and IFS. Working towards certification in IFS as this therapeutic approach aligns well with my Art Therapy practice. My practice is non-anglo-centric.
