My goal as a therapist is to work with you to create a safe and authentic space where you can open yourself to change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor in the State of Kentucky. I focus on a collaborative approach that incorporates cognitive- behavioral, attachment-based, and emotionally- focused interventions to meet you where you are and walk with you on your journey of healing and growth.
I have worked with a diverse array of individuals in private practice, psychiatric hospital settings, and prisons. As a therapist, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches in a way that customizes the therapeutic experience for each client. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, work-related stress, building communication, and relationships - both traditional and non-traditional.
