And it’s likely you went several years without a proper diagnosis, and might even still question your diagnosis from time to time.

In our work together, we take a hard look at society’s expectations and assumptions and our own internalized ableism. Breaking down systems rather than just existing within them, especially our medical system, is something I’m passionate about and bring into sessions.

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Somatic Experiencing, aiding us in figuring out your personal meaning and purpose in life. We work to help you move in the direction of your goals without feeling exhausted and burned out. It’s this approach that helps reduce the impact of fatigue, regain your social life, and find true work-life balance.
