I want to welcome you as you take this courageous step toward your life, your relationships, and your goals. I offer support for individuals, families, couples, and children to help them heal or learn to better manage problems associated with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, marriage/relationships issues, parenting, and college life.

After completing my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University in May 2021, I immediately began working toward state licensure doing outpatient therapy in a private practice setting. I have experience working with college students, couples, individuals struggling with anxiety and depression, and children with behavioral concerns. In April 2022 I began practicing under the direct clinical supervision of Kenneth Englund, LPC and joined Best Life Counseling, in Lewisburg, PA. Their commitment toward providing affordable, accessible, gender and culturally affirming, non-pathologizing, empirically validated care strongly aligns with my own values as a counselor.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a Person-Centered Framework, and mindfulness-based interventions while offering a safe, understanding, and empathetic space conducive toward helping my clients re-discover their sense of self, to promote healing, growth, and achievement of your counseling goals.
