I am a experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who specializes in trauma, anger management, DBT and CBT.
I recognize that every client is unique in their experiences, so treatment for each client must strive to meet those individual needs. While treatment theories remain consistent, how they are applied to each client varies. I seek to meet each client where they are on their journey to improved mental health.
