About me
Dr. Dries is a licensed psychologist who works with individuals, couples and businesses. She has decades of experience helping her clients to overcome anxiety, trauma, fears, relationship difficulties and major life transitions.
My clients often comment on how comfortable they feel talking with me about the difficulties they are having. I have a nonjudgmental down to earth style that my clients find calming. I tailor my approach individually for each client or couple I see based upon their needs and goals. I use a variety of evidence based therapies to help my clients to become more self aware and to increase self esteem and ability to cope with life's difficulties. For my clients who are experiencing difficulty moving forward after a stressful event or past trauma, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy which is highly effective in decreasing anxiety.
