I am a clinical social worker that has extensive experience in mental health, assisting clients in maximizing their coping and reducing their stress so that they can live happier and healthier lives.
Life is HARD. Many times we get "stuck in the hard." I don't want you to be stuck anywhere! I believe we can journey through the struggle together, empowering you to a stronger, healthier life. I am passionate about empowering clients and assisting them in creating the life that they desire.
I utilize two primary treatment modalities- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy-to assist clients whose "hard" may include depression, anxiety, trauma, anger, life stressors, and relationship issues.
