About me
Hello! My name is Debbie Scott. I love what I do and have trained in EMDR and DBT and utilize neurofeedback as well as other modalities to work with adults with trauma, depression ,anxiety, etc. I believe in creating a comfortable, non judgmental, and compassionate relationship with my clients is the most important role in this process.
I have been a Social Worker for 30 years. I started my career in community mental health and have also worked in long term care/rehab to home as well as hospice. I have been in private practice for the last 1 1/2 years and love it! My experience is with adults. I love making a connection with my clients and witnessing the positive changes in their lives. I know therapy is a huge step to take and to open up to a complete stranger is weird and uncomfortable but I will work hard to gain your trust and help you feel at ease.
