About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist who specializes in depression, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, personality disorders and adults who have suffered developmental and childhood trauma (CPTSD). I also help men or women who are in the process of or end stages of divorce to regain their self worth and self confidence back.
I am an eclectic therapist, which means, I tailor your treatment to what makes more sense for you and the presenting issues. I am trained and use CBT, DBT, ACT, NARM, IFS and other modalities to help you uncover some of the roadblocks in your life and as therefore become your best self. I offer a non-judgmental space where behaviors, thoughts and feelings can be explored without fear of being judged or shamed. Developing an awareness of your strengths and your emotional resources will alter unhealthy patterns, increase feelings of self-worth and of self acceptance.
