About me
Life can get complicated and weird. Through connection with others we can get through the most difficult situations. I know how intimidating it can be to come to therapy. My goal is to make it a positive experience, where you walk away with a new outlook and skills to take into your everyday life. I am a big believer that we still need to play and explore our creative side. As humans we need to have different outlets to fulfill our needs. Our jobs should not define who we are or be our entire personality. Let’s discover what gets you excited about the world!
I am originally from Tulsa Oklahoma, but have lived in Kansas City for the last five years. Currently I live in North Kansas City with my wife and dog Koda. In my free time I enjoy rock climbing, getting outdoors, building with Lego, reading, and playing with our dog. Throughout my life I have dealt with grief and the loneliness that comes along with it. These life experiences have taught me how important it is to connect with others and be able to communicate when you are going through a hard time. Life will always throw hard challenges your way, but you do not have to face them alone.
